Day 1: Immersive Plant Walks & Identification

We’ll hit the ground…walking…while we explore your property and map all the edible and medicinal plants we find.

Got a really big piece of property? We’ll be taking several walks throughout the day.

On Day 2 of your Dirt to Medicine immersive experience, you’ll get hands-on experience learning to make a variety of remedies—from teas and tonics to oils and salves. I teach you how to do everything safely, maximize each plant’s usefulness, improvise when necessary…and how to tell if your oil infusion has gone wrong.

By the end of Day 2, you’ll have a head start on your very own apothecary made from ingredients we harvested on Day 1.

A: I appreciate the offer, but I’m not professionally comfortable staying at your house and will stay at the closest hotel I can reasonably find.

A: As long as my schedule is free for that time, any 3-day span is available. I work weekdays just like you! We will not be foraging and working for 8 solid hours for 3 full days. This will be a low-stress, educational, and transformative event for you.

Remember that each immersion is a little different because it’s tailored to YOU, your property, and your needs.

A: No! If you live within an hour’s drive of Connecticut, I have special local pricing since travel costs are minimal. Mention you’re local when you book your consultation and we’ll discuss adjusted rates.

A: If you already have equipment and supplies, please let me know. I do offer a discount for well-prepared immersion clients!

A: Yes! You can split your investment into 3 payments: $2,400 at booking, followed by two payments of $2,300 each. However, I need to have your final payment completed no later than 2 weeks before our event date. If necessary, please reach out to ask me about different payment plans.

A: A large portion of your payment goes toward necessary supplies and travel expenses like plane tickets, hotel accommodations, and a rental car. Because of this, the first $1,500 of your payment is non-refundable.

If there’s a family emergency, I am willing to work with you on rescheduling your immersion. However, if you must cancel, any refund will depend on what I have already spent and what I can get refunded.
