I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: don’t assume you know more today than you’ll know tomorrow. That phrase was drilled into my head so often by my mentor that I’ll probably get it tattooed on my skin someday. Don’t ever assume that your problem doesn’t have a solution, whether it’s your gut, a food addiction, a series of symptoms, or a social problem.
I’m an herbalist and a forager with a strong passion for helping people heal their gut microbiome, since I believe that your Gut is the foundation of the rest of your body. Stick with me– I’m showing you the cause and the solution and it isn’t just herbs.
Your gut health determines more than just how often you get to poop; it’s the main driver behind whether you have clear skin, it’s the culprit behind the root cause of most autoimmune conditions, it’s what either prevents you from getting sick or keeps you stuck in a cycle or endless colds and viruses, and it’s the symptom controlling factor behind anxiety, depression, ADHD, and brain fog.
All the herbs and wild mushrooms in the world can’t fix a detrimental diet and lifestyle. You can’t out-supplement a poor diet.
But there’s another factor behind the “natural health and wellness” concept that usually gets pushed to the side. When I say this, you’re going to nod your head and say “yeah, she’s right,” and then probably go back to looking for herbs and plants to solve your problem. Because you can’t wrap your mind around just how right I am. Not until you’re forced to see the truth.
The truth is that your mind determines whether you’ll be healthy or not as much as, if not more than your genetics, diet, and lifestyle.
I’m not going to start talking quantum physics or anything confusing or hard to grasp. For example: let’s say you suffer with IBS or acid reflux. You’ve been taking the drugs the doctor prescribed you for months, maybe years, and you’re surviving. But you wish you could feel the same level of healthy that you were back in your teens and 20s. Someone (maybe me) finally convinced you that your problems have something to do with your diet.
“Fuck that!” you say. “I’m not gonna stop eating bread just cuz some hippie lady on the internet told me it was causing my pain and inflammation and messing up my gut!” Or maybe it’s something like “I know I should stop eating cookies all the time but I just can’t stop myself. Oh well, I guess it’s just a character flaw, nothing to be done.”

What a defeatist attitude! You’re firmly stuck in victim mode. But I’m not here to shame you into not eating food that tastes good anymore. I’m no saint–I love a good cookie.
Your problem isn’t food. The problem is WHY you’re eating that one food and how it became an addiction. Food is only a problem for people who use it as a tool to resolve their pain (physical, mental, emotional.) The problem is that you haven’t yet found a positive, healthy, constructive way to resolve your pain without turning to food.
So you continue eating the thing that’s harming you because if you don’t, you’ll spiral into other addictive behaviors. Alcoholism, smoking, drugs–they’re all things that people do to forget about their problems because they don’t know how to deal with their problems and they don’t want to go see some shitty therapist for the next 10 years just to figure out that they turn to cookies to feel better because Dad used to hit them with a belt when he was drunk.
What if it didn’t have to take years?
What if you could find a way to resolve your stomach problem and your addiction to sugar or cigarettes or whatever it is without spending thousands of hours and dollars on a therapist who doesn’t know her ass from her elbow?
Yes, your diet is a big part of your problem. Yes, discovering the reasons why you overeat is a good start to the resolution process. But it’s critical for you to know that your Subconscious Mind is running the show.
If your subconscious mind doesn’t want to deal with the emotional pain you’re hiding, it’s not going to allow you to stop eating your comfort food or drinking that beer which allows your inhibitions to recede. It’s going to keep you firmly in victim mode, where it’s safe and cozy and fucking miserable.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
How much time and money have you spent so far trying to resolve your problems? Hundreds? Thousands?
What if I could help you for under $100?
We’re going to rewire your mind and resolve the root of your problem: the subconscious beliefs that are keeping you in your current pattern and the physical solutions that can help you with healing the rest of your problem too. This is worth so much more than what I charge because I know it works. Choose your addiction or problem. I’m going to help you solve them all.
